Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Clessenza Beauty Store. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and ship orders within Canada, to the United States, and internationally.


Processing Time

All orders require 2 business days for processing (preparing, packing, and handing off to the carrier). Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Canada (within Canada) β€” Shipping Days

For orders shipped within Canada, we ship on a scheduled dispatch system:

  • Orders placed Monday to Wednesday β†’ shipped on Wednesday
  • Orders placed Thursday to Sunday β†’ shipped on Monday

If Monday or Wednesday is a holiday, your order ships the next business day.


Shipping Carriers

Canada (within Canada)

Orders shipped within Canada are delivered with Purolator.

United States & International

Orders shipped to the USA and international destinations are delivered with Canada Post.


Delivery Estimates

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary due to weather, peak seasons, customs delays, remote areas, or other factors outside our control.

  • Canada (Purolator): estimated delivery after dispatch varies by province/region.
  • USA (Canada Post): estimated delivery after dispatch varies by state/region.
  • International (Canada Post): estimated delivery after dispatch varies by country and customs processing.

Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available). Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.


Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Packages

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it once the customer confirms the correct address and pays any additional shipping costs.
  • If the customer prefers a refund after a return-to-sender, we may refund the item(s) price only. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If tracking shows the package was delivered to the address provided at checkout, the order is considered fulfilled.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. We do not control or collect these fees.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist with a carrier inquiry.
