At Clessenza Beauty Store, we are committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly and reliably as possible. All orders are processed and shipped within 4 business days after the order is confirmed.

Delivery times below are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.

🇨🇦 Shipping Within Canada

We offer two convenient shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: $14.99 CAD — estimated delivery in 3–8 business days
  • Express Shipping: $24.99 CAD — estimated delivery in 2 business days

Shipping rates are applied at checkout based on the shipping option selected.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

🇺🇸 Shipping to the United States

Orders shipped to the United States are sent using Canada Post services, with the available option selected based on the shipment and destination:

  • Expedited Parcel™ – USA
  • Tracked Packet™ – USA
  • Xpresspost™ – USA

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package size, weight, and selected service.

For U.S. orders, applicable duties are prepaid by Clessenza Beauty Store where included under our shipping arrangement. Customers should not be required to pay those prepaid duties upon delivery.

Canada Post currently lists estimated transit standards of approximately 4–7 business days for Expedited Parcel – USA and Tracked Packet – USA, and 2–3 business days for Xpresspost – USA, after the parcel is deposited with the carrier. These are carrier delivery standards and do not include our order-processing time.

🌎 International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping through Canada Post using:

  • Tracked Packet™ – International
  • Xpresspost™ – International

International shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package size, weight, and selected service.

Please note that international customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country may be payable by the customer upon delivery. These charges are determined by the destination country's customs authorities and are outside the control of Clessenza Beauty Store.

Canada Post currently estimates approximately 6–10 business days for Tracked Packet – International and 4–7 business days for Xpresspost – International to most destinations, after the parcel is deposited. Actual delivery times may vary by country and destination.

📦 Order Processing

All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days.

Orders are normally prepared Monday through Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays. The shipping transit time begins once your package has been handed over to the carrier.

For example, an order placed on Monday may be processed and shipped by Wednesday, followed by the applicable carrier transit time.

📍 Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information, when tracking is available for the selected service.

You can use the tracking number provided by the carrier to follow your shipment's progress.

⏱️ Delivery Delays

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by:

  • Severe weather
  • Holidays and peak-season volume
  • Carrier delays
  • Customs inspections or clearance
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
  • Remote or rural delivery locations
  • Transportation disruptions
  • Circumstances beyond the carrier's or Clessenza Beauty Store's control

Canada Post notes that delivery standards are estimates and actual delivery times can vary depending on origin, destination, and other conditions.

📦 Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.

🌐 Customs & Import Charges

For international shipments outside the United States, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other government-imposed charges that may apply.

These fees are determined by the destination country's customs authorities and are not included in the shipping fee unless explicitly stated at checkout.

📋 Shipping Restrictions

Some products may be subject to carrier, customs, or destination-specific restrictions. Canada Post maintains size, weight, customs, and destination restrictions for U.S. and international shipments.

If an item cannot legally or practically be shipped to a particular destination, we reserve the right to cancel the affected shipment and provide an appropriate refund.
