1) All Sales Final on Opened or Used Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are FINAL SALE once opened, used, or tampered with and are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or partial refunds:

  • Soaps, creams, oils, lotions, serums
  • Hair care products
  • Personal care items

This includes situations where:

  • Results are not immediate or differ from past experiences
  • The product texture, color, or consistency appears different
  • The customer believes the product is ineffective
  • The product has been tested, sampled, or partially used

We do not offer refunds based on personal reaction, perceived performance, or comparison with products purchased elsewhere.

2) Manufacturer Variations Disclaimer

Please note that manufacturers may release products in different batches, and minor variations in texture, color, scent, or consistency can occur. These variations do not indicate that a product is counterfeit, expired, or altered.

All products sold by Clessenza Beauty Store are 100% authentic and sourced from verified suppliers.

3) Eligible Returns (Unopened Items Only)

We accept returns only if all conditions below are met:

  • Item is unused, unopened, and sealed
  • Item is in original packaging
  • Return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase is provided

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

4) Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos of the item
  • Photos of the original packaging
  • Your order number

Failure to report within this timeframe may result in the request being denied.

5) Lost or Stolen Packages

Clessenza Beauty Store is not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier. In such cases, customers must contact the carrier directly.

If a carrier investigation confirms a package as lost, we will review the case and may issue a refund or replacement at our discretion.

6) Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

7) Chargebacks & Disputes

By completing a purchase with Clessenza Beauty Store, you agree to this Refund & Return Policy. Customers are encouraged to contact us directly before filing any chargebacks or payment disputes.

Unauthorized chargebacks that violate this policy may result in account restrictions, refusal of future service, and submission of policy evidence to the payment processor.
