Returns and exchanges
At ClessenzaBeautyStore, we only accept returns on items with a defect. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than material defects. Refund process
Upon receipt of the returned product, our team will conduct a thorough inspection to verify the reported defect. We undertake to inform you by e-mail within a reasonable time of the status of your refund or exchange request. Approved refunds will not cover the shipping and handling charges listed on the original delivery note or invoice.
Replacement or refund
If your return is eligible for an exchange, we will send you a replacement product as soon as possible.
If you prefer a refund, we will credit the original purchase amount according to the original method of payment. Please note that any shipping and handling charges originally paid will not be refunded.
Refund times
We strive to process refunds as quickly as possible. However, please allow 5 to 10 days for the refunded amount to be credited to your bank statement if you are in Canada, and 14 days if you are in France, from the date of our e-mail confirmation. Beyond these timeframes, we will not proceed with the refund.
